Jeremy
Founder,
Behaviorist,
Training Director
Jeremy brings over 15 years of hands-on experience turning high-energy, challenging, or misunderstood dogs into confident, well-behaved companions. He partners with families to build lasting, meaningful bonds through practical training, structured programs, and compassionate coaching. A personal rescue sparked his purpose: a shelter pit bull who was reactive toward people and aggressive toward other animals. Through consistent, trust-based coaching, that dog transformed into a social, steady, and reliable partner. This experience fuels Jeremy’s mission: empower dogs and their owners to thrive together with empathy, accountability, and measurable progress. Dopamine K9 was founded through a pivotal collaboration with Danielle, blending complementary expertise to deliver proactive training, behavior modification, and ongoing family support. Today, the team operates with a family-centric dynamic, adding Jeremy’s son Aiden as one of their vital trainers. The team’s vision emphasizes a client-centered, collaborative approach with clear milestones, sustainable progress, and real-life success. Jeremy designed and champions Dopamine K9’s Signature Leash—a purpose-built tool that enables safe, precise handling and clear communication during training and outings. It sits at the core of a scalable training system designed to deliver consistent progress for dogs and their people. Beyond general training, Jeremy coaches specialized dogs, including his own Malinois, Akeena—a sport/service/protection dog. He demonstrates elite conditioning, precise behavior control, and versatility, underscoring Dopamine K9’s high training standards and capabilities.

Danielle
Founder,
Head of Operations
& Administration
Danielle is a dedicated dog trainer, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Dopamine K9, a thriving training business born from a shared love for dogs and a commitment to transforming lives—one paw at a time. Her journey into the world of canine companionship began years ago, but a fateful meeting at a rescue organization with Jeremy—her partner in life and business—changed everything. What started as a professional collaboration soon blossomed into more, and together they dreamed up Dopamine K9—a place where trust, connection, and joy redefine the human-dog bond. Today, Dopamine K9 stands as a testament to their shared vision, growing into a dynamic team that includes Jeremy’s son, Aiden, among its talented trainers. Danielle spends her time training dogs, including her own pack, and has a multi-purpose service dog that she and Jeremy trained together—a remarkable companion who does it all, even professional-grade protection. In addition to hands-on training, she quietly steers the business side of Dopamine K9—operations, client experience, and partnerships—ensuring the programs stay client-centered and scalable. When not at work, Danielle can be found on their farm with Jeremy and their pack of four-legged inspirations, caring for rescue animals including lambs, pigs, horses, donkeys, chickens, ducks, and a cat—with the same devotion she brings to every aspect of her life.

Aiden
Senior Trainer,
New Trainer Mentor
Aiden has been with Dopamine K9 since 2022. As a family-owned dog training business, Dopamine K9 reflects Aiden’s lifelong love for dogs. Growing up around rescue dogs and being part of this caring community made a career in dog training a natural path. His loyal companion, Jax—a highly trained Snoodle—often joins him at work. Jax’s versatility as a demo dog allows him to go anywhere, showcasing skills and adding a friendly, approachable presence during training sessions. Aiden’s training style is steady and patient, always focused on helping each dog reach their full potential. His favorite skill to teach is off-leash heeling. It’s a challenging goal at first, but incredibly rewarding once achieved. He believes that dog training is profoundly rewarding and essential because it builds confidence and calmness in dogs. This helps them feel more secure and live more fulfilling lives. In some cases, training can even be life-saving, which makes his work all the more meaningful.
